Project Planning

• 
  Lead and oversee end-to-end project planning including master schedules, resource planning, budgeting, and risk assessments.

• 
  Work closely with the development, design, and costing teams to ensure alignment between design intent, project feasibility, and timelines.

• 
  Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies during the planning phase.

• 
  Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure approvals, permits, and documentation are in place before implementation.

Project Implementation

• 
  Drive project execution from pre-construction to handover, ensuring delivery is within budget, timeline, and quality expectations.

• 
  Supervise day-to-day site operations, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.

• 
  Implement project tracking systems to monitor construction progress, budget control, quality standards, and compliance.

• 
  Coordinate timely resolution of technical issues, changes, and unforeseen site conditions with consultants and internal teams.

General Project Management Duties

• 
  Consult and collaborate with senior management, internal departments, consultants, and authorities for smooth project execution.

• 
  Develop and lead project teams, ensuring effective manpower planning, upskilling, and succession planning.

• 
  Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs, safety regulations, and statutory requirements including Quality & Environmental Management Systems.

• 
  Provide regular reporting to management on project progress, risks, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Building Science, or a related discipline.
• 
  Minimum 6 – 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 – 5 years in a leadership role managing construction or property development projects.
• 
  Strong knowledge of project lifecycle from planning to execution, including cost management, scheduling, regulatory processes, and environmental compliance.
• 
  Familiarity with Quality & Environmental Management Systems, Scheduled Waste Management, Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment, and relevant legislation.
• 
  Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
