The Operations Project Senior Manageris responsible foroverseeing global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) financial analytics, reporting, cash management, and compliance activities. This role plays a critical leadership position in ensuring effective governance, financial visibility, and operational rigor across global P2P processes.
This role will lead efforts to revise, manage, and expandprocure-to-pay cash management activities, develop and enhance automated routines, perform detailed payment analysis, and ensure adherence to weekly cash-out constraints. The successful candidate will partner closely with Global Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and Technology teams to continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across P2P operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Lead and oversee globalprocure-to-pay financial analytics, reporting, and compliance activities across regions
Revise, manage, and expandprocure-to-pay cash management processes to improve forecasting accuracy and cash discipline
Develop, implement, andmaintainautomated routines and dashboards to support payment analysis, reporting, and decision-making
Analyze global payment activity toidentifytrends, risks, timing issues, and opportunities for optimization
Ensure adherence to weekly cash-out constraints and support enterprise cash flowobjectivesin partnership with Treasury and Finance leadership
Manage cross-functional projects related to P2P process improvement, system enhancements, and control frameworks
Partner with technology teams to drive automation, standardization, and scalability of P2P reporting and analytics
Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with global financial and operational policies
Provide leadership, guidance, and subject-matterexpertiseto global stakeholders and operational team
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree infinance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in financial operations,procure-to-pay, accounting, or cash management roles
Demonstrated experience managing global P2P analytics, payment processes, and financial reporting
Strong experience with cash forecasting, payment analysis, and financial controls
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment
Advancedproficiencywith ERP systems and financial reporting/analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Experience supporting global or multinational organizations with complex payment structures
Prior experience driving automation initiatives withinprocure-to-pay or finance operations
Project management certification ordemonstratedsenior-level project leadership experience
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and geographies
