Miltenyi Biomedicine is a biopharmaceutical company committed to advancing personalized cell and gene therapies. We are currently focusing on difficult-to-treat hematological cancers using CAR-T and other technologies, while also exploring treatments for other diseases. Our lead candidate, a tandem CAR-T cell product, is currently undergoing pivotal clinical trials on a global scale.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, including coordinating sub-teams and developing work packages within the CAR-T International Markets Department. You will also support various sub-projects to enable decentralized manufacturing as well as commercialization of our CAR-T.

Leading multi-functional project teams across departments globally from conceptual design to implementation, you will:

• Ensure and induce flow of information, alignment and collaboration between sub-teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between the steering committee and sub teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track progress and to ensure timely escalation where needed.
• Coordinate training, technology transfer activities, and other operational work packages as defined by the project team.
• Support the overall end-to-end journey of CAR-T by coordinating SMEs and interfacing with relevant internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a comparable master’s‑level qualification
• You can look back on several years of professional experience in the life science, pharmaceutical, medical technology, or strategic consulting sectors.
• You have proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects in a matrix environment.
• You have a team-oriented mindset and the ability to guide diverse stakeholders toward common goals
• You have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently, accurately, and reliably.
