Lead strategic, high‑impact projects across Internal Operations to align medical and marketing areas, optimise portfolio processes and deliver projects that advance Novo Nordisk’s mission.
Your new role
As Senior Project Manager you will drive and oversee execution of strategic projects owned by the Internal Operations-Strategic Operations (IO-SO) Medical & Scientific Affairs (MSA) Associate VP (AVP). You will support the AVP in shaping strategic direction for the VP area, ensure medical and marketing alignment across IO‑SO, and deliver excellence across lifecycle and launch‑relevant projects that enable organisational impact.

You will be part of Medical & Scientific Affairs within IO‑SO, working closely with the AVP, Directors and cross‑functional teams across Regions, Affiliates, R&D and HQ. The role requires strong collaboration with GBS, Legal, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, IT and other project teams to deliver strategic priorities.
