Role: Senior Project Manager - Marketing Transformation (Life Sciences)

Consulting Seniority: Senior Consultant - Manager

Day rate: £400-500 per day outside IR35

Project duration: 2-3 months

Location: Hybrid in London

We've partnered with a digital and business transformation consultancy who are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to join a leading Life Sciences client for an urgent marketing transformation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience within complex transformation and change environments.

Tasks

You will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, engaging with senior stakeholders, driving project delivery, and ensuring key milestones are met within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• An experienced independent consultant.
• Experience in marketing transformation - particularly in operating model design, process improvement, capability development, or technology-enabled change is highly desirable.
• While prior experience in the Life Sciences sector is advantageous, it is not essential. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to lead projects, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced settings.
