Ecolab is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Marketing OperationssupportingourMarketingServicesteamin Global Business ServicesThe individual in this role will lead end-to-endproject managementofcreative and digitalprojectswhile driving operational excellence,workflow optimization,governance, andperformance metrics to improve efficiency andscalability across the Marketing Services function.This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, stakeholder management, and marketing operations, ensuring high-quality execution, optimized workflows, and measurable business impact.

In thiskeyrole,you will be working closely with the Marcomm teams across Ecolab and Creative and Digital Services team in Pune managing cross-functional stakeholders, resource and capacity planning and seamless communication ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction. You will leverage tools, data and continuous improvement practices and mindset to enhance delivery performance, quality and operational impact.

What you will do:

ProjectManagement- Lead and manage end-to-endmultiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, quality andbudget.

Risk Mitigation- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Governance and Reporting– Establish strong governance and reporting cadence for regular project status reports, dashboards and stakeholder reviews. Provide insights on delivery performance, productivity,and optimization opportunities. Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Marketing Operations and Process Excellence- Design and optimize marketing workflows, intake processes and delivery models to improve efficiency, TAT and cost optimization. Track operational KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management– Act as a trusted partner to Marcomm, Brand and Business stakeholders to ensure high stakeholder satisfaction. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, dependencies, milestones, outcomes, and risks

Resource and Capacity Management- Plan and manage team capacity, demand forecasting, and resource allocationworkingclosely with creativemanager and digital team.Ensure optimal utilization while maintaining delivery qualitySupport hiring, onboarding, and vendor management where required

Tools and Technology- Manage and be the lead for the Adobe Workfront platform for marketing services. Leverage full functionality of the platform to enhanceprojectmanagement, systems, integration and reporting working with the Workfront specialist.

Performance Evaluation– Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting of Marketing initiatives

Support the Marketing Operationslead in strategic initiatives to scale and expand the portfolio of services and value communication with business stakeholders.

What you will need:

MBADegree and 8-12+ years of experience in project management or business strategy role

Excellentstakeholder management andcommunication skills to effectively liaise between senior leadership team and managed teams

Experience in project management principles, demonstrates high level of organization and assertiveness for project delivery

Experience in agency or in-house creativeCoE shared services environment

Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront platform and ability to optimize functionalities

Data drive mindset with stronganalytical andproblem-solving skills and agility to adapt to fast-paced startup type environment

Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics

High attention to detail and focus on quality and execution excellence

Exposure to AI-enabled marketing workflow automation and operations.

Professional working proficiency in Englishlanguage
