Are you an experienced senior project manager who can lead M&A projects as well as other large, complex projects? Do you thrive in environments with many moving pieces, competing priorities, and high visibility? Do you enjoy leading cross-functional initiatives, building trust with stakeholders, and helping teams navigate ambiguity to deliver outstanding results?
If so, we’d love to hear from you!
Grant Street Group is an innovative and rapidly growing software company that supports government agencies and financial institutions through specialized SaaS solutions focused on tax collection, electronic payments, and more. Our work is meaningful, complex, and highly collaborative — and we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-impact implementation programs across multiple clients and teams. The project portfolio may include mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and integrations, as well as other major business initiatives. M&A work is anticipated, though it may not begin immediately; this role will lead other strategic projects as business priorities require.
This is not a coordination-only role. We are seeking someone who can independently lead complex initiatives from planning to execution, drive M&A-related work forward, manage risk proactively, align stakeholders, and adapt to shifting priorities.
We reward teamwork, professional excellence, and individual responsibility. Our company is structured to support remote work, and we’ve built a culture centered on responsiveness, collaboration, trust, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Our strongest project managers are empowered to lead independently, solve meaningful problems, and help shape how work gets done. You’ll work alongside talented, supportive colleagues who care deeply about delivering results and helping one another succeed.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to lead meaningful, high-impact initiatives with a company that values ownership, curiosity, and collaboration, we encourage you to apply.
Expected Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000/year
Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
