We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) to lead the successful delivery of projects across diverse client environments. This is a hands-on role requiring end-to-end ownership of project execution, ensuring delivery aligns with technical, commercial, and operational objectives.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee governance and stakeholder engagement, and ensure high-quality outcomes across the M365 ecosystem. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident managing complex enterprise-level initiatives.

Ideal Profile

Experience & Domain Expertise

• Proven track record of delivering Microsoft 365 projects within MSP, consulting, or enterprise environments
• Strong expertise across Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
• Solid understanding of Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, and security frameworks
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Windows Server environments
• Experience delivering M365 migrations, tenant consolidations, and security/compliance initiatives

Project Management & Methodologies

• Strong command of delivery methodologies including PRINCE2, Agile, and hybrid approaches
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing project scope, timelines, risks, and financials

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 projects including tenant setups, migrations, and implementations
• Oversee deployments across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and identity/security solutions
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, from small initiatives to complex enterprise migrations
• Monitor risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure timely escalation where required
• Maintain high-quality project documentation, registers, and artefacts

Team Coordination & Collaboration

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, security specialists, and support teams
• Collaborate closely with service desk, NOC, and architecture teams to ensure operational alignment
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and readiness prior to transition into BAU support

Client Engagement & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Build strong client relationships through proactive and transparent communication
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and regular status updates
• Manage expectations and ensure client confidence in delivery outcomes

Commercial Management & Governance

• Track project financials, milestones, and delivery timelines
• Manage change requests and scope variations in line with governance frameworks
• Ensure accurate billing aligned with delivery progress
• Apply structured delivery methodologies to maintain consistency and quality
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and quality standards

Reporting & Metrics

• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain accurate schedules, financial tracking, and documentation
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to enhance future delivery
