Senior Project Manager – Spaces (Interiors & Special Projects)

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager leads interiors and special projects for Winter's SPACES division, providing leadership across every phase from preconstruction through closeout to ensure each project meets its goals and objectives. This role guides a team of project staff and plays an active part in growing SPACES through business development and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and project startup, including working estimates, buyout, and subcontract negotiations
• Oversee project financials, including cost reporting, change management, and cash flow, to meet or exceed financial goals
• Partner with the Superintendent to manage schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
• Lead, train, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Interns
• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and presentations, and build relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners to win new work

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing interiors, tenant improvement, renovation, or special projects
• Strong command of project financials, buyout, and subcontract negotiation
• Experience leading and developing project teams, including Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Business development experience, including RFP responses and client presentations
