• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Age between 35 - 42 years, with maturity and experience to handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with strong client-facing abilities.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in project management tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on detail and results.
• Leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting technical feasibility standards.
• Planning and Monitoring: Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope and communicate effectively with the management team before implementing modifications.
• Team Leadership: Assemble and lead project teams, delegating tasks effectively to project coordinators and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Performance Reporting: Measure and analyze project performance, submitting timely reports to management for review.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold company standards by ensuring the quality of services meets client expectations and industry benchmarks.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain excellent client-facing and internal communication, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every stage of the project.
