
Salary Range: $133,848 - $180,731
of Duties The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of projects. Prepares for and runs project steering committees. Active PMO Board member, may run PMO Board as required. Contributes information required for PMO Board dashboards and views. Does not have direct reports, but oversees a broad range of project staff resources with various assignments. Responsible for continuously developing and improving organization-specific standard work for projects. Follows best practices for project management, including documentation appropriate to project size. Follows standard project management processes and use of tools, e.g. developing project charter and scope documents, project reporting, analysis, intake through closure management, and applying appropriate change management methodologies. In addition to performing the essential functions listed below, may also be assigned other duties as required.
