We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Project Manager to lead Cancer Research UK’s influencer and creator marketing activity. In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in embedding a new and growing capability within our Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement function, bringing influencer strategy to life through impactful campaigns and always-on activity.
Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll drive the delivery of high-profile marketing initiatives, partnering with teams across CRUK and external agencies to engage audiences in meaningful and creative ways. From shaping campaign delivery to building a community of advocates, you’ll help us connect with new audiences and amplify our mission.

What will I be doing?
Leading the delivery roadmap for influencer and creator marketing, ensuring strategic plans are translated into clear, actionable programmes
Managing end-to-end delivery of influencer-led campaigns and activations, working with internal teams and agency partners to achieve campaign objectives
Building and activating an always-on community of creators and advocates to support brand campaigns and key moments throughout the year
Overseeing measurement and performance tracking, including reporting against frameworks and setting up tools to evaluate campaign success
Coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, insight, propositions and talent) to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
Developing and embedding internal playbooks, processes and training to build capability and ensure best practice across the organisation
What are we looking for?
Strong experience in influencer and creator marketing, with a clear understanding of paid, earned, owned and shared media channels
Proven ability to translate strategy into operational delivery, managing complex projects from planning through to execution
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams at all levels
Highly organised with strong project management capability, able to prioritise and deliver multiple workstreams to tight deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with resilience and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
Strong analytical thinking, with experience measuring campaign performance and using insight to inform decisions
