About the role
We
are looking to expand our team of around 50 highly skilled, cross-disciplinary
project managers. We are currently leading some of the most exciting and
interesting engineering projects within pharma and biotech projects. In this
role, you will be responsible for defining objectives, allocating resources,
monitoring progress, resolving issues, and coordinating with stakeholders in
one of our large CAPEX projects. The successful candidate will have a strong
background from the pharmaceutical industry, excellent leadership skills, and a
passion for project management.

How you might spend your days
As Senior Project Manager you’ll be:
- Implementing the client’s strategy in the project with
respect to design, schedule, quality and cost
- Collaborating with different stakeholders both internal and
external to ensure efficient cooperation in the project teams
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and
continuous improvement within the project team
- Leading the team to resolve challenges, make prioritizations,
stay focused, and always stay on track
- Developing the team members together with line management. Reporting frequently on status, process and risk to overall project management and steering committee
- Providing management, leadership and strategic
vision for the project team
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, GxP and
quality standards across all project management activities
- Developing project management best practices and execute
trainings in the organization

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:
- Master’s
or bachelor’s degree in process or mechanical engineering; PMP
certification or other PM certification is an advantage
- Strong
leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to support, empower,
and develop team members.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated
experience leading large CAPEX projects, including the ability to achieve
results, manage priorities, and work collaboratively within complex
organizational environments
- Experience
from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
