Languages Fluent in English and Cantonese
Location Based in Hong Kong, with weekly travel to Macau required

Job Role:

The Senior Project Manager will be integral to a dynamic team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and manage design consultants to develop creative solutions.
• Establish project timelines and milestones, ensuring they are met.
• Oversee the design process, reviewing concepts and final deliverables for quality assurance.
• Provide feedback and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues or conflicts during projects.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and relevant parties.

Qualifications:

• Eligible to work in Hong Kong / Macau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese is essential.
• Proven experience in project management within the hospitality or data centre sectors is desirable.
