Senior Project Manager – Healthcare / Mission Critical Electrical Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects within the healthcare and mission critical markets. This role is ideal for a strong electrical construction professional who can manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while building strong relationships with clients, field teams, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from planning and buyout through completion and closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and profitability
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Foremen, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, and project stakeholders
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Participate in estimating, preconstruction, project turnover, and forecasting
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements
• Mentor and support Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular financial and schedule updates

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct electrical construction project management experience
• Healthcare or mission critical experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing complex commercial, institutional, healthcare, or mission critical electrical projects
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, scheduling, budgeting, and project financials
• Experience with change orders, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project closeout
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively with both field and executive-level teams
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore preferred

Ideal Background

The ideal candidate is a hands-on electrical construction leader who understands the field, can manage the financial side of a project, and knows how to communicate effectively with clients and construction partners. Experience with hospitals, medical centers, data centers, semiconductor facilities, or other mission critical environments is a major plus.
