  • Support project pursuits, fee proposals, contract negotiations, and project planning activities to position projects for successful execution.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, staffing challenges, scope changes, and contractual issues that may impact performance.
  • Lead client presentations, executive meetings, and project reviews while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Discipline Leaders to balance workload, allocate resources, and optimize project team performance.
  • Champion Stantec's Project Management Framework and quality management processes across the portfolio.
  • Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, fostering professional development and succession planning within the practice.
  • Oversee project reporting and ensure timely communication of project status, risks, financial performance, and key decisions to leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios consisting of multiple concurrent healthcare projects and project teams.
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills with experience serving major healthcare systems and institutional clients.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects that achieve financial, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare project delivery, including planning, design, construction administration, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience overseeing project managers and mentoring emerging project management professionals.
  • Skilled in portfolio planning, resource management, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
