
As a (Senior) Project Manager at Smart Communications, you will play a leading role in the Professional Services Department. Combining your passion for project management, attention to detail and motivation to lead your team, you will be given the opportunity to manage projects with real-world results. As the Smart Communications customer base has some of the largest names in European finance, it can very well be that the results from your projects, will be seen the next time you interact with your financial institution.
You will join our international team of highly experienced developers, managers, and consultants, with regular cross team collaborations and progressive management methodology to build and integrate customized software solutions for our clients based in the financial services sector.
You will personally be responsible for the coordination and management of complex projects: from requirements engineering, through implementation and quality assurance, to successful project completion. You will not only have your own area of responsibility in mind but will also assess the overall situation at client’s and identify further potential for Smart Communications.

Who are you?
We are hiring a (Senior) Project Manager to be responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of software development and IT-related projects within our Professional Services department. As a part of the Professional Services department, you and your team will be responsible for the integration and customization of our product suite to ensure that all of your customer’s desires are fulfilled.
You are passionate about technology and using technology to solve business problems and are proactive about staying current with the latest technologies, project management methods and trends.
Furthermore, as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, tracking and reporting on all stages of the project, including supporting the team during the ideation/concept, requirements, iterative development, testing, and go-live of software increments.
Your ultimate responsibility is to apply agile project management knowledge, skills, tools, and practices to ensure that the project generates successful outcomes and that your team is motivated, goal orientated and highly productive. Encouraging and supporting continuous improvement in all aspect of your team with every project iteration.
