Job Description

To plan, oversee and lead projects from initial ideation through to completion — coordinating people, processes and resources to deliver on time, within budget and to the desired outcomes, in direct support of FCTG's business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of project management activities and deliverables aligned to the PMO Framework.
  • Provide leadership within project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets to deliver against agreed objectives
  • Managing all aspects of project execution, conflicts and interdependencies in alignment with the approved project management plan.
  • Provide timely and accurate project reporting and presentations to senior and executive management
  • Perform risk and issue management to minimise impact to the project
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder working relationships to support the project
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to health and safety and support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirement

  • 5+ years' experience leading projects in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and practical application.
  • Experience working in alignment with PMOs or enterprise governance functions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field. - Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe, or equivalent).
