What You Will Do

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of customer implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from project initiation through planning, execution, deployment, and closure.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate resources across one or more delivery teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with delivery leadership to secure appropriate project resources aligned to project priorities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and agreed success criteria.
  • Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive communications.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to customer governance requirements, project methodologies, and quality stage gates.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate testing, deployment, transition, and project closure activities to support successful solution adoption.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and project updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders.
  • Support commercial discussions by identifying delivery risks and partnering with commercial and legal teams where appropriate.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Bring


Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience managing end-to-end customer implementation or technology delivery projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience delivering projects using structured project management methodologies.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced customer environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering enterprise software or technology implementation projects.
  • Experience working with external customers and third-party vendors.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is desirable.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

PL: Hiring Range in PLN from: 93,437 to 160,179 per annum.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
