HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Holistic project management.

You have an integrative leadership style and strong communication skills. You will manage broad customer portfolios and be involved in shaping the energy transition in companies in the energy industry or at important technology and system providers both in Germany and abroad. You will be responsible for the development and successful implementation of suitable strategies to optimize the supply chain and strategic procurement process. You will demonstrate your entrepreneurial talent in project controlling and in the acquisition of new customers.

Intensive customer consulting.

You will work closely with customers, be their main contact person and be responsible for conducting your team's workshops, negotiations and presentations.

Specific development.

Your professional expertise will help to drive forward the development of knowledge in our Energy practice area.

Far-reaching responsibility.

You will ensure that your team develops both professionally and personally. As a member of the Inverto management team, you will not only drive the development of our Energy practice area, but also help shape the entire company and provide the necessary impetus.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

University degree with strong academic results.

Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in consulting and procurement/supply chain management.

Extensive expertise in the areas of planning and operation of energy and supply networks, (renewable) energy generation or in strategic purchasing or procurement projects from system suppliers.

Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills, turning complex challenges into clear, practical solutions. Genuine passion for both strategicand hands-on work.

Clear and confident communication in international settings, building trusted relationships, bringing curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration to every project and creating a space for people to contribute and do their best work.

You’re flexible to travel and enjoy working with international teams across different locations and cultures.

Business fluency in both German and English.
