Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Design (UX) Studio

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Project Manager with a strong background in design, particularly in UX (User Experience), to join our team. With over 12 years of experience, the ideal candidate will lead and manage design studio projects, ensuring seamless execution from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Take a lead role in managing and overseeing all aspects of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Act as a liaison between clients, design teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Design Expertise:

Leverage a deep understanding of design principles, particularly in UX, to guide project teams and contribute valuable insights.

Provide strategic input during the conceptualization and planning phases of design projects.

Team Management:

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and capabilities.

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that project objectives are met.

Client Interaction:

Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations.

Present project updates, gather feedback and address any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

Budget and Resource Management:

Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.

Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources based on project requirements.

Quality Assurance:

Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of design excellence.

Conduct thorough reviews of deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements and client expectations.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative practices into project methodologies.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the design project management workflow.
