About the team
The Property Development and Divestment team works across the Transport property portfolio to identify, assess, prioritise and progress development and divestment opportunities that support transport outcomes, housing and place outcomes, commercial performance and broader public value.
The Development Delivery function supports this work by leading the delivery of approved projects across delivery phases of the property development and divestment lifecycle. This includes managing design development, procurement, construction, implementation and close-out to ensure approved project outcomes are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with scope, budget, program and quality requirements.
The opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager – Delivery to join Transport for NSW.
Reporting to the Director, Development Delivery, this role leads the delivery of complex property development and transport projects across the delivery phases of the property development and divestment lifecycle.
You will manage projects from delivery readiness through design, procurement, construction, implementation and close-out, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
Working in a multidisciplinary environment, you will lead consultants and contractors, maintain strong governance and risk management, and support effective transition from development into delivery.
You will also contribute to early project stages by providing input into feasibility, staging and delivery strategy.

About you
You are an experienced project development and delivery professional with a strong track record in delivering complex construction, infrastructure or property projects. You bring strong commercial acumen, a hands-on approach, and the ability to lead contractors and consultants to achieve high-quality outcomes.
You also understand development-phase considerations and how early-stage decisions impact delivery, including feasibility, staging and property matters.
