This is a client-facing role responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of high-volume, fast-turnaround content adaptation and production projects across digital, social, video, display, , CRM, print and OOH channels
The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between clients, creative teams, production teams and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.
The role requires excellent English language skills and experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced content production environment. The individual will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
Whilst client stakeholders are primarily based in North America, the Project Manager will work closely with ICP's global studio teams and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
The successful candidate will understand how creative work moves through modern content production workflows, from briefing and planning through design, review, approval and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are ideally coming from a production agency, content operations, entertainment, media or digital marketing environment.
You have experience managing high-volume content production, adaptation or campaign delivery programmes and thrive in fast-paced environments where organisation, accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and can confidently balance changing priorities while maintaining excellent service levels.
You understand modern content production workflows and have experience working with platforms such as Airtable, Ziflow, Slack, Frame.io and similar collaboration tools.
You do not need to be a designer, but you are comfortable working alongside teams using Figma and understand how creative work moves through design, review, approval and delivery stages.
You are confident managing client relationships, facilitating discussions and solving problems while maintaining a calm, professional and solutions-focused approach.
You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
You are proactive, commercially aware and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and operational effectiveness.
