Responsibilities
- - Participate in sales efforts to existing and new clients, with Leadership Team
- - Manage the client’s expectations from inception to completion
- - Enforce companywide construction standards
- - Research and maintain knowledge of building application methods and materials
- - Provide oversight and support to construction project team
- - Review drawings and specifications to ensure that designs comply with client expectations
- - Review and approve subcontractor selection
- - Manage client contract, change orders, and payments, in association with project managers
- - Oversee and approve construction budgets and schedules
- - Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress
- - Act as a main point of contact for high level client communication

- - Act as a mentor to junior Project Managers

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience with managing commercial construction projects from kick off through completion
- Hands on experience with Procore
- Proficiency with applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a team player with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within the continental US, including overnight trips
