Job Description

Senior Project Manager: Civil Rail / Track

Introduction
- 28-year history of delivering construction and infrastructure projects.
- Active pipeline of Property, Rail, and Energy projects (PETRONAS SWEC Licence).
- Malaysian main contractor with strong relationships with Project Delivery Partners (PDP).

Projects (Main Contractor)
- Involvement in LRT, MRT, and Double Track projects (Guideway & stations).
- New Civil Rail / Track project located in Klang Valley.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and regulatory teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct risk management and develop mitigation plans.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Manage project resources effectively, including staff and materials.

Team Culture
- Report directly to the Project Director (Construction).
- Project Director is responsible for P&L.
- Senior Project Manager will lead the project and collaborate with subcontractors from Malaysia and China.

Must Have
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with main contractors.
- Degree in Civil, M&E, Construction Management, or equivalent (PMP certification preferred).
- Experience in Rail, LRT, or MRT projects.

Seniority
- Position: Senior Project Manager.
- Responsible for leading the Construction Manager and Project Engineer.

Location
- Site visits required in Klang Valley.
- 5 days a week on site.
