We are looking for a Senior Project Managerto join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic collaboration with business and IT leadership teams toalign onbusiness needs,objectives, and strategic priorities.

  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with interdependencies across regions/functions.

  • Lead and integrate change management efforts into business transformation initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement, effective communication, training, and adoption to ensure the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and organizational improvements.

  • Facilitate and lead workshops to capture and prioritize requirements throughAgile Methodology, engaging cross-functional business stakeholders.

  • Analyseandoptimizecomplex business processes, performing in-depth process mapping and gap analysis to design robust TO-BE processes that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

  • Oversee the creation and governance of comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including detailed specifications, executive reports, presentations, and user manuals.

  • Lead quality assurance activities, including the development and execution of rigorous testing strategies to ensure project outcomes meet business expectations.

  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, effective risk mitigation, and successful delivery of initiatives.

  • Advocate for theItalianbusiness in EU alignment meetings, ensuring local requirements are effectively represented and integrated.

  • Steer end-to-end implementation planning, managing complex dependencies, addressing challenges, and leading efforts in communication, training, and change management to ensure sustainable transformation.

ExperienceandSkills

  • 5+ years ofpreviousexperience asproject manager,businessanalystor consultant.

  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently, as well as cross-functionally within a matrix organization.

  • Analyticalskills

  • Attention to detail to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.

  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Quicklearningability

  • Ability to organize/prioritize work in and around team deadlines and workloads and conflicting priorities.

  • Previousexperience in a consulting/auditing firm will be a plus.

Qualificationsandknowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology.

  • Italian and English both writing and speaking fluent.

  • Experience with modern project and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira,Miro,Microsoft Loop, Microsoft Planner).

  • Salesforce,SAP knowledgeisan advantage.

  • Knowledge of project management and AI tools is a plus.
