Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager Biopharma TechOps (m/f/d), you will lead strategic technology transfer projects within our global Biopharma TechOps organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex stakeholder environments, and ensure successful project execution on time, within budget and required quality.

In this highly visible role, you will contribute directly to strengthening manufacturing capabilities and advancing our biopharmaceutical business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate international Biopharma TechOps projects with a focus on technology transfers

  • Establish and manage cross-functional project teams and arrange kick-off- and project meetings

  • Drive project execution to achieve target milestones within the budget

  • Monitor project progress and maintain integrated project plans in project management tools

  • Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and key decisions

  • Coordinate manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and technical stakeholders throughout project execution

  • Support setting up Statements of Works and aligning them with external partners and service providers

  • Facilitate problem-solving discussions and drive resolution of complex project challenges

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within the biopharmaceutical industry

  • Proven experience managing technology transfer, manufacturing, or TechOps projects

  • Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and production equipment

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and international project teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as results-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, additional language skills such as German or Portuguese are an advantage
