We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager (Product Owner) to join our dynamic team. The PM will be responsible for defining, advocating, and driving the development and success of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Our ideal Technical Project Manager is a professional Project Manager with digital transformation delivery experience in the Financial Services sectors implementing digital products & experiences. Digital Transformation project leadership experience delivered via Agile approaches is the sweet-spot for this role for this game-changing full-stack Neo-Bank enablement platform company.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Owners to understand and deliver Product Backlog & Roadmap
• Manage development & delivery of project iterations and drive sprint releases
• Manage business requirements per Product Backlog
• Guide team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates
• Drive team iteration execution, communicate with management and stakeholders with diligent Change Control discipline
• Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
• Able to do post mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
• Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program
• Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow
• Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
• Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget.
• Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Compiling & communicating project control reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree | Master Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Project Management or related
• 5+ Years in IT Consulting | Digital Project Management | Software Development Leadership
• 2+ Years Agile Delivery leading Sprints
• Experience in Financial Services Technology Delivery | Operations | Project Management | Development
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
• Fluent in Thai and English
