As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex, customer-specific automation projects—frominitialconcept through to successful delivery.
You’llwork closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, software, and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a mix of technicalchallenge, stakeholder engagement, and strategic impact.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of automation and industrial integration projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, software, operations, and external partners
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks
Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders, including customers and senior leadership
Identifypotential risks early and drive effective mitigation strategies
Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation ofnew technologies
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in industrial or automation environments
Strong technical foundation (engineering degree or equivalent practical experience)
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations
Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple projects
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
Clear and confident communication skills, with experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders, including customers and senior leadership
Experience working within a global, matrix organization and leading without direct authority
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in risk management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Understanding of industrial system integration (mechanical, electrical, software), or strong motivation to deepen expertise in this area
Fluency in English (additional languages considered an advantage)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong focus on results
Willingness to travel up to 25%
