Job Summary

Bachelors degree in an IT related discipline

Agile Delivery Certification from a recognised industry body e.g. SAFe Agilist (SA)

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate delivery of business change within Agile frameworks, ensuring alignment between product, technology, and operational teams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across business units (loyalty, airport operations, contact centre), ensuring coordinated readiness for go-live.
• Drive change readiness and adoption, including planning of cutover activities, training coordination, and transition support.
• Ensure delivery governance and performance tracking, including sprint outcomes, risks, and stakeholder reporting aligned to programme milestones.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring that business priorities and operational realities are reflected in delivery plans.
