Senior Project Manager

Madrid | Working from home up to 60% | Reference 8281

You are enthusiastic about exciting projects in the financial industry, you enjoy working with internal and external interfaces and you are good at organizing? Then become part of our Project Management team.

What You Will Do

• Professional management of complex, technical and interdisciplinary projects throughout their life cycle in an agile environment.
• Focus on clients needs and end-to-end execution of projects with regard to quality, budget, time, resource and risk.
• building of strong, cross functional teams and enabling them to successfully deliver against the set objectives.
• responsible for risk mitigation as well as for identification and development of opportunities for improvement at both the business and operational levels.
• Ensure transparent communication towards all relevant project stakeholders and close cooperation with internal and external customers & partners.

What You Bring

• University degree or similar education (FH, HF). > 7 years experience in managing complex projects
• Experience in the financial sector or data business
• High affinity for information technology
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with ‘can do’ attitude and clear focus on clients
• Strong communication & presentation skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Experience with agile development & implementation methods
• Ability to work independently but also to interact closely with an international project team (business & IT), senior management and stakeholders in a motivating manner
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
