Job Description: Senior SAP Project / Program Manager

Experience Level: Senior (10+ Years SAP, 5+ Years PM)

Industry: Medical Devices / Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of large-scale global SAP templates across multiple countries, managing multi-million euro budgets and cross-functional teams.
• MNC Governance & Stakeholder Alignment: Manage relationships with senior executive stakeholders, regional business leaders, and external implementation partners across different time zones (Europe, Americas, APAC).
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all SAP solutions and deployment processes comply with Medical Device industry regulations, including GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Utilize SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) for project governance, documentation, and test management.
• Agile & Hybrid Project Management: Drive project tracking, sprint planning, and issue resolution using Jira, fostering an agile mindset within a traditionally structured SAP deployment framework.
• Testing Automation Integration: Oversee the testing strategy, working closely with QA teams to leverage Tricentis (Tosca/Automation) for regression and end-to-end business process testing.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project risks, establish mitigation strategies, and lead organizational change management (OCM) to ensure smooth business adoption.

Skill Requirements

• Total SAP Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within the SAP ecosystem (as a functional consultant, solution architect, or track lead prior to moving into PM).
• Project Management Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated experience managing large-scale, Global MNC SAP implementation or rollout projects (Template build and deployments).
• Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the Medical Devices, or Pharmaceuticals industries. Deep understanding of validated environment constraints is mandatory.
• Tooling Proficiency: * Expertise in Jira for task management and agile delivery tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis and Jira (focused on Project Management).
• Familiarity with Tricentis testing suites for SAP test automation.
• Experienced on Agile Project Management Methodology.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly preferred. SAP certifications are a plus.
• Mobility & Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Willingness to travel internationally as dictated by key project milestones (?)
