The opportunity

Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Energy & Utilities business overseeing a portfolio of wastewater projects overseeing valves, hydrants, water pump stations, network renewals, water main replacements and more across the greater Brisbane Area.

You’ll lead a portfolio of wastewater projects, collaborating closely with planning, design, scheduling, cost, commissioning, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term success.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of wastewater projects with strategic oversight.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, fostering innovation and promoting a Zero Harm culture.
• Drive budget management and collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimise cost and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor engagement, and supplier coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• Engineering qualifications with extensive experience in civil infrastructure project delivery.
• Water industry experience is preferable
• Portfolio management experience
• Project Management certification and RPEQ (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven leadership in dynamic, service-oriented contracting environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning, and budgeting skills.
