We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our global Commercial and Program Management team, where innovation knows no borders. This team delivers enterprise software systems and integration projects for some of the world's largest airlines, turning complex technology into seamless operational solutions. As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee complex software and systems engagements from initiation through delivery and client acceptance. You will connect sales, product development, systems engineering and technology teams to maintain control over scope, budgets and schedules while driving exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires sharp project management discipline, clear communication and a customer-first focus.

What you'll do

• Oversee full project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budgets, schedules and client acceptance for enterprise software implementations.
• Lead day-to-day engagement between client personnel and internal teams to ensure alignment, issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities across sales, systems engineering, product development and technology groups to keep complex deliverables on schedule.
• Lead large or multi-project engagements, stepping in as a program manager when needed to drive high-impact customer outcomes.
• Build and maintain standardized project management processes to ensure solutions meet approved business requirements.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise software or systems integration projects.
• Proven customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-first approach.
• Advanced English proficiency in both written and verbal communication to partner effectively across global teams and clients.
• Practical knowledge of software methodologies and proficiency with project scheduling software, with MS Project preferred.
• Technical understanding paired with strong project management capabilities to manage cross-functional alignment and scope constraints.
