Job Description

Cambria is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Senior Creative Project Manager to join the Marketing department.

This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation of creative resourcing while managing and prioritizing a large volume of complex, cross-functional marketing projects. The right candidate will ensure the Marketing department runs with an efficient flow of deliverables, leading both tactical project execution and strategic initiatives to support business goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic allocation of creative resources, ensuring alignment between project priorities and departmental capacity

  • Manage the development and continual improvement of the company’s project management system (Workfront) to drive quality, speed, and efficiency across creative output

  • Lead onboarding, training, and best-practice development for the project management system, ensuring adoption across Creative, Digital, and Marketing

  • Manage both day-to-day projects and large-scale company initiatives such as new design launches and other strategic marketing programs

  • Mentor and guide project managers or coordinators, providing leadership and support in best practices and problem solving

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to define program scopes, objectives, timing, and resource needs

  • Develop, own, and refine Creative workflows to improve quality, speed, and efficiency of output

  • Manage the creative project workflow by leveraging Workfront and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Project types include, but are not limited to: print, digital, social, photo, video, and other marketing tactics.

  • Forecast potential challenges, proactively resolve issues, and facilitate collaboration between teams to keep projects on track

  • Work with teams to set priorities, establish timelines, and ensure overall project schedules and deliverables are met

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as meeting notes, proofs, feedback, approvals, financials, and reporting

  • Schedule and facilitate project-related meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and discussions remain on track

  • Document meeting notes and decisions, and distribute to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Track and follow up on action items, holding project partners accountable for deliverables and deadlines

  • Ensure final deliverables and installations meet Cambria’s brand standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced skills with project management software; Workfront preferred. Administrative rights experience strongly desired

  • Proven ability to prioritize projects and manage a large portfolio of complex initiatives simultaneously

  • Working knowledge of print, digital, photo and video processes

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional alignment

  • Ability to forecast capacity and resource needs at the departmental level

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

  • Flexible and adaptable, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

  • Skilled at maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a drive to succeed

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience:8-10 years of project management experience, including large-scale creative/marketing projects

Systems: Advanced project management system experience (Workfront), Google Suite, Microsoft Office; some knowledge of Adobe Suite

Additional Requirements

Managerial Requirements: May mentor or provide guidance to other project managers or coordinators

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples). May need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Travel Requirements: May be required to travel between Cambria locations and for other limited needs; less than 5%

Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $83,000 - $105,000 Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
