Department Overview

The Offer Management team is responsible for the design, development, launch and maintenance of integrated Services and Products within the Motorola Solutions Portfolio. This includes bringing together all the industry leading products, services and software capabilities of Motorola Solutions to create the Offer Solution. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Offer Management team to drive cross-functional strategic offer execution, mentoring junior PM talent, building data dashboards using advanced metrics and AI tooling, and navigating key stakeholder relationships to deliver critical business results.

This role is primarily remote working with very occasional travel to our London offices.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and tactical execution, has a strong grasp of macro business outcomes, and has a natural ability to coach and mentor junior talent. You are a data-first professional who leverages modern tooling—including advanced data analytics and AI execution—to build robust reporting frameworks and dashboards. You are highly comfortable interacting with senior leaders and thrive in an environment that rewards critical thinking, adaptability, and continuous learning.

Strategic Execution & Leadership

  • Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring tight alignment with overarching business goals and ROI.
  • Champion PMO methodologies, continuously refining processes, governance, and templates to increase organizational velocity and maturity.
  • Anticipate project risks and bottlenecks, proactively developing mitigation strategies before they impact business operations.

Team Mentorship & Coaching

  • Act as a core mentor to junior PMs, accelerating their professional development and upgrading the team’s collective execution capabilities.
  • Conduct process and framework reviews for the broader team, ensuring high standards of project management hygiene across all workstreams.

Advanced Data, Metrics & Reporting

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics that provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.
  • Utilize advanced data manipulation techniques within Google Sheets, writing complex formulas and leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, advanced data analysis prompts) to optimize data structures and automate reporting workflows.
  • Translate dense project data into high-level strategic narratives for executive consumption.

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, confidently presenting project statuses, risk profiles, and strategic recommendations.
  • Navigate ambiguous, high-stakes situations with emotional intelligence, discretion, and a constant focus on business impact.

Project Management

  • Demonstrate best practices for developing and managing schedules and understand risks, interdependencies and the critical path.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders (internal and external) to obtain buy-in, resolve conflicts and drive successful delivery of projects.
  • Manages expectations of project stakeholders with timely communication/escalation of risks/issues, their impact, and mitigation/corrective actions.
