Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) software selection and acquisition projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project management methodologies.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional, technical, legal, compliance, security, and business requirements, translating them into structured requirements specifications.
  • Conduct global COTS market research, vendor assessments, product evaluations, and comparative analyses to identify suitable solutions.
  • Develop business cases, project plans, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and pre-implementation assessments to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, technical experts, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including collecting product information, compliance documentation, commercial proposals, and supporting negotiations.
  • Organize and oversee proof-of-concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and solution validation activities to assess product suitability.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as procurement, legal, security, testing, enterprise architecture, accessibility, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and procedural guidelines while maintaining high-quality deliverables and project records.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, provide project status updates, and support decision-making through effective leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field and minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Active PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Strong experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, Iterative, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Proven expertise with project management techniques and tools, including WBS, PBS, Gantt charts, estimation techniques, scope management, and resource planning.
  • Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, OpenProject, Planisware, Teams, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise software architectures, IT systems, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong experience in requirements analysis, business process modelling (BPM), use case modelling, and documentation.
  • Very good knowledge of the COTS software market, including COTS evaluation, market analysis, vendor assessment, and AI-assisted assessment tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level minimum), with strong stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation, reporting, and organizational abilities.
