We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to
lead and manage the Ghana Transition Project. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems, with a proven
ability to manage complex transitions involving multiple stakeholders and
technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and manage the end-to-end transition of IT services
  and infrastructure for the Ghana office
• 
  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
  migration and integration of systems
• 
  Oversee domain migrations, network configurations, and
  M365 environment setup
• 
  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to
  ensure alignment and timely delivery
• 
  Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to
  ensure project success.
• 
  Provide regular updates and reporting to senior
  leadership

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• 
  Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally in a
  transition or transformation environment
• 
  Strong understanding of:
• 
  Networking principles and infrastructure
• 
  Microsoft 365 (M365) Domain migrations
• 
  Company transitions and IT integration
• 
  Experience with COTS systems; SAP experience is a strong
  advantage
• 
  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
  problem-solving skills
• 
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple
  priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2,
  Agile/Scrum)
• 
  Experience in multinational or cross-border IT projects
• 
  Familiarity with ITIL practices.
