What’s the role?

This is a leadership role at the centre of a major transformation within Online Share Trading. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of a complex supplier consolidation initiative while also leading a team of five delivery professionals, with full accountability for their performance, development and outcomes.

This is a full time, 18-month fixed term opportunity based in Sydney, Warrane, Gadigal Country, with hybrid working available.

You’ll set the direction, create clarity and bring your team together to deliver through complexity. From planning through to implementation, you’ll guide both the program and your team to success, building capability, embedding strong delivery standards and creating an environment where people can thrive.

In this role you’ll partner with senior stakeholders across business, technology and external suppliers, ensuring alignment, pace and high-quality outcomes. This is your opportunity to lead both people and delivery at scale, with real visibility and impact.

What do I need?

  • Demonstrated experience leading large scale transformation or project delivery in complex environments
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and manage high performing teams
  • Confidence working across business, technology and external partners to deliver outcomes
  • Ability to manage risk, dependencies and competing priorities with clarity and control
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across multiple teams
  • Knowledge of financial services or platform-based environments, with exposure to vendor or supplier transitions
  • Experience in Online Share Trading is essential for this role
