We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value pump projects within our new business portfolio. You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle – from bid handover through design, manufacturing, and final delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cost control
Coordinate cross-functional teams including design engineering, production, procurement, and quality
Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
Identify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager within engineering, manufacturing, or OEM environments
Strong knowledge of complex mechanical equipment, ideally pumps or rotating equipment
Demonstrated experience delivering high-value, technically complex projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong commercial awareness, including budget control and contract management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) desirable
