The Key Technology, Operations, and Services (KTOS) Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) is responsible for supporting the execution and operational delivery of EDQ programs, including project coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, and cadence management across a highly matrixed environment. This role partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive execution excellence—ensuring projects stay on track through disciplined meeting management, clear documentation, accurate reporting, and proactive follow‑ups. The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in translating strategy into action by driving effective coordination, transparency, and consistency across EDQ initiatives. This position offers exposure to high‑visibility enterprise initiatives and meaningful collaboration across Enterprise Data & Analytics Services (EDAS), Risk, Technology, and Business partners.

This role reports directly to the EDQ Program Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Senior Project Manager supports the EDQ Program and works closely with EDAS leaders, project managers, product owners, analysts, and risk partners to execute and sustain program delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Coordination & Execution - Support delivery of EDQ initiatives by coordinating timelines, dependencies, action items, and deliverables across multiple teams. Maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and recurring task schedules to ensure commitments are met.
  • Meeting & Cadence Management - Plan, organize, and facilitate recurring program meetings, working sessions, and forums. Develop agendas, capture meeting notes, decisions, risks, and action items, and ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Documentation & Communication - Create, maintain, and organize high‑quality documentation, including EDQ program materials, process documentation, and status artifacts. Develop executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations, status decks, and readouts that clearly communicate progress, risks, and key outcomes. Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily consumable by diverse audiences.
  • Tracking, Reporting & Visibility - Track issues, risks, decisions, and dependencies; escalate concerns as appropriate. Provide consistent program visibility through dashboards, reports, and written updates. Support preparation of leadership reviews and executive communications.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with teammates across EDQ, product, technology, and risk to support coordinated delivery. Act as a connector between teams, helping ensure shared understanding of objectives, timelines, and responsibilities. Support change adoption by reinforcing processes and expectations across the team.
  • Operational Excellence - Help establish and maintain repeatable rhythms, standards, and best practices for program execution. Apply continuous improvement thinking to improve efficiency, clarity, and consistency across recurring activities.
  • Working through ambiguity - leading initiative across multiple teams
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant project or program management experience
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Strong experience creating executive‑level presentations, status reports, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment and manage through influence
  • Experience working in an agile and/or iterative delivery model

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting data, analytics, technology, or risk management programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise data management, data quality, or governance concepts
  • Experience working in a regulated or highly controlled environment
  • Prior experience supporting senior leaders and managers in an execution‑focused capacity

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
