About the opportunity

RACV is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage the delivery of a complex, multi-year integration initiative involving back-end CRM and front-end digital changes.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across a diverse project, ensuring alignment to delivery objectives while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, highly technical cross-functional teams, delivery and integration partners to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a key program.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who can align strategic oversight with delivery execution, bringing best practice project methodologies while adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex project, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and budget

  • Develop and manage the integration plan, including schedules, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements

  • Drive strong governance and reporting, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees

  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, executives, and delivery partners

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and high performance

  • Manage vendors and third-party suppliers, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to timelines

  • Ensure projects align to strategic priorities and business outcomes, delivering measurable value

  • Support and promote continuous improvement in project delivery practices, frameworks, and tools

  • Provide hands-on leadership, stepping into delivery detail where required to unblock issues and maintain momentum

What you'll need to be successful

  • Hands-on in experience delivering large-scale, integration or re-platforming projects spanning multiple organisations

  • Strong understanding of system integration, digital platforms, and enterprise technology environments

  • Ability to manage end-to-end delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dependencies

  • Demonstrated success engaging and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders

  • Strong leadership capability across cross-functional technical and business teams and working effectively in program delivery

  • Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and third-party delivery partners

  • Highly developed risk and issue management capability, particularly within technology delivery contexts

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations effectively

  • A hands-on approach with the ability to deep dive into delivery challenges when required

  • Familiar working in Frontline environments (Call centre, Retail, etc)

  • Proficient in Salesforce (CRM) and/or Guidewire, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)

  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models

  • Relevant certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) will be highly regarded
