  • TechX Corp is hiring a Senior Project Manager / Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise technology program.

  • This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who can manage complex plans, coordinate multiple teams and partners, control risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery from mobilization through go-live and operational handover.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise size banks, internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to keep project on track, maintain strong governance, and provide clear, reliable reporting throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Delivery & Planning
  • Own and maintain the integrated project plan, delivery roadmap, sprint or milestone schedule, and critical path.

  • Coordinate delivery activities across multiple workstreams and ensure progress is tracked against agreed timelines.

  • Identify schedule risks early and provide practical options to resolve delays or blockers.

  • Ensure project scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery status remain clear and aligned across all parties.

2. Stakeholder & Partner Management
  • Act as the central coordination point between banking customer, internal delivery teams, external vendors, technology partners, and client-side stakeholders.

  • Build trusted working relationships with senior stakeholders and project contributors.

  • Clarify responsibilities, manage handoffs, and resolve delivery conflicts before they impact timelines.

  • Ensure all parties are aligned on scope, expectations, dependencies, and decision points.

3. Governance, Reporting & Communication
  • Establish and run effective project governance, including regular delivery cadences, status updates, escalation paths, and decision-making forums.

  • Prepare clear and concise executive updates covering schedule, scope, cost, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Maintain a “no surprises” reporting approach by surfacing risks and issues early.

  • Support key approval, review, and readiness checkpoints throughout the delivery lifecycle.

4. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
  • Own and maintain the project risk, issue, assumption, and dependency tracking process.

  • Proactively manage risks across people, technology, vendors, schedule, scope, compliance, and operations.

  • Drive mitigation actions and contingency planning for critical delivery risks.

  • Ensure downstream activities do not proceed based on unclear assumptions or unresolved dependencies.

5. Scope, Quality & Change Control
  • Protect agreed scope through disciplined change-control management.

  • Assess change requests for impact on timeline, cost, resources, and delivery quality.

  • Ensure project outputs meet agreed quality standards, acceptance criteria, and governance requirements.

  • Support testing, readiness reviews, and go-live preparation.

6. Team Leadership & Transition
  • Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary delivery team in a fast paced environment.

  • Support resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization across workstreams.

  • Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, training, and operational handover are completed effectively.

  • Help transition the solution from project delivery into business-as-usual operations.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management.

  • At least 5 years leading large, complex technology programs end-to-end in the BFSI, Banking industry

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise technology, AI, data, analytics, cloud, platform, or digital transformation programs.

  • Strong experience managing multi-party delivery involving internal teams, vendors, partners, and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience delivering in regulated, enterprise, or complex governance environments is highly preferred.

  • Experience managing fixed-deadline programs through go-live and operational handover.

2. Technical & Domain Understanding
  • Good working understanding of modern data platforms, cloud infrastructure, integration, security, governance, and delivery dependencies.

  • Ability to understand technical risks, challenge estimates, and facilitate practical delivery decisions.

  • Comfortable working with architects, engineers, vendors, business stakeholders, and senior management.

  • Familiarity with compliance, data protection, audit, or regulated delivery requirements is a plus.

3. Methodology & Tools
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, waterfall, and stage-gate delivery approaches.

  • Ability to blend Agile delivery practices with formal enterprise governance.

  • Confident using project planning, reporting, RAID, RACI, change-control, and status management tools.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification is preferred.
