The Senior Project Manager serves as the end-to-end project lead for large-scale, complex projects requiring cross-functional collaboration. • Builds relationships and trust with stakeholders through consistent communication and delivery of high-quality outcomes through attention to detail and thorough knowledge of 529 product and related programs.
  • Partners with third-party recordkeeper to ensure adherence to established requirements, timeline, and execution of various state-sponsored incentive programs, aimed at increasing account owner contributions to 529 plans.
  • Partners with the College Savings Data Analyst to ensure data integrity and quality assurance of plan and regulatory-required deliverables by validating data, uncovering potential issues and/or opportunities for refinement.
  • Leverages data analytics and industry acumen to solve business challenges. Distills complex data into actionable insights and business solutions.
  • Summarizes results visually (e.g. PPTX) and communicates ideas to business partners (including state partners); translates technical concepts into plain language clearly and succinctly.
  • Critically analyzes results and processes to uncover opportunities to better service clients and streamline business operating procedures.
