Location:

The Senior Project Manager is a hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) located in St. Louis, MO with consideration given to candidates on the West Coast. There will be minimal travel to meet business needs.

Your Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams for commercialization of new products as well as business process projects. You will work with team members and stakeholders to define and manage project scope, timing, funding and resource requirements. Collaborate with the project team to identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize risk impact and keep the project moving forward. You and the project team will work to establish activities and priorities in order to meet the project goals. Aligning closely with R&D, Regulatory and Quality, you need to ensure our products meet regulatory standards. Throughout the project process, you will have close interaction with project sponsors and senior leaders, keeping them informed of project status, alerting them to issues, and providing them with team recommendations. As a member of the PMO, you will serve as a champion for the product development process throughout the organization. Through this process you and your team will work to ensure that we meet the needs of our customers, and provide them with high quality products.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS degree or equivalent (MS degree with 3+ years experience) in engineering, natural sciences, business, or related field with 5+ years of experience in life sciences, chemistry, engineering, business, or related industry.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years of supporting complex high stakes programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management formal education, training and/or PMP certification.
  • Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000/ISO13485/IVDR).
  • Works well in a team environment, exhibits strong leadership skills, motivated, provides inspiration, and vision to the teams.
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Project, or Smartsheet

Pay range for this position: $112,000 - $169,000

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
