You will join the Project Execution team within Product Development, where we turn strategy into tangible results. Our team leads critical initiatives across new product development, sustainability, cost optimisation, and product improvements.

We work in a dynamic, international environment with diverse stakeholders and a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence. Together, we are shaping the future of product development by combining agile, stage-gate, and hybrid ways of working.

You will be based in our Innovation house in Østbirk and some travel must be expected.

What you will do

As our new Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact projects and programs from idea to implementation.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving strategic programs and project portfolios aligned with business priorities
  • Leading projects end-to-end—ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Owning business cases, budgets, and governance frameworks
  • Navigating a complex organisation and ensuring strong stakeholder alignment
  • Applying and adapting agile, stage-gate, and hybrid methodologies
  • Coaching and mentoring project managers and cross-functional teams
  • Managing risks, planning, and performance to ensure transparency and quality delivery
  • Contributing to organisational and behavioural transformation initiatives

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a strong and inspiring leader who thrives in complexity and drives results through people.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Have 10+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Hold a degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or similar
  • Bring solid expertise in product development and stage-gate processes
  • Are experienced in agile and hybrid project environments
  • Have strong business and financial acumen
  • Communicate with impact and build relationships across all levels
  • Lead with confidence, adaptability, and a coaching mindset
  • Take ownership and deliver results in a structured and proactive way
  • Certifications (e.g., IPMA Level B) are an advantage
