We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions based on Quadient Inspire.
This role combines strong project delivery expertise with the ability to manage complex IT implementations involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid). The position also includes administrative execution, ensuring smooth governance, coordination, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
What will you be doing?
Lead full project lifecycle
Define project scope, timeline and budget
Drive collaboration between business, IT and external vendors
Manage delivery of Inspire-based solutions (templates, integrations, data flows)
Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies
Ensure quality of deliverables (analysis, development, testing, deployment)
Provide clear reporting to stakeholders and steering committees
8+ years of IT project management experience
Highly detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and quality
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Soft skills in communication - internal and external
Fluency in English, German is an advantage
