  • Lead the use of Procore (or similar tools) for documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Support decarbonization and sustainability goals in project planning and delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Financial & Administrative Oversight
  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, revenue forecasting, and margin performance.
  • Partner with Project Accounting on invoicing, financial compliance, and collections.
  • Track profitability, utilization, bill rates, and cost exposure across all assigned work.
  • Prepare and review all required project documentation: setup forms, meeting minutes, schedules, financial updates, and status reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with sales, engineering, PMs, and subject matter experts to scope work.
  • Support handoffs between design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with Account Managers.
  • Work closely with the Boston Operations team to manage upcoming workload, capacity, and critical staffing gaps.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-10 years of mechanical construction or mechanical project management experience.
  • String knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and mechanical retrofit workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage field installation teams and coordinate contractors.
  • Experience reading technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical design packages.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedule, budget, and documentation for most complex projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field).
  • Must be based in the Greater Boston area and able to travel frequently to local client sites.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
