Job Title: Senior Project Manager

A leading IT company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Amman, Jordan. You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology and digital transformation projects, working closely with Business Analysts, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
1- 5+ years of experience in project management within IT, technology, or consulting.
2- PMP certification or equivalent (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
3- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
4- Experience in digital transformation, low-code, or enterprise IT projects (Mendix is a plus).
5- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and competing priorities.
6- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic with experience leading cross-functional teams.
