This role is an opportunity to lead complex, high-impact cloud and technology projects within a fast-paced consulting environment. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of multi-solution engagements, ensuring alignment between scope, budget, timelines, and client expectations. Acting as a trusted partner to enterprise clients, you will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, data, and cloud services. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery leadership, requiring strong adaptability across methodologies and industries. You will play a key role in driving client success while also shaping internal delivery excellence. In a fully remote, global setup, you will collaborate with diverse teams across multiple regions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical innovation.

In this role, you will take full ownership of large-scale, multi-workstream cloud projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes. You will coordinate planning, execution, and delivery governance while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-solution cloud projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
• Build and manage integrated project roadmaps across multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs, including backlog and release management
• Drive proactive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, sales, executives, and external vendors to ensure alignment
• Identify and support upsell and account expansion opportunities in partnership with sales teams
• Provide coaching and feedback to project teams and mentor junior project managers
• Contribute to internal initiatives, training programs, and recruitment/interview processes

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in project management within consulting or professional services, particularly in cloud and application development environments. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in client-facing project management roles
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or professional services environments
• Proven experience managing $1M+ complex, multi-solution projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong background in application development (AppDev), SDLC, and feature/release management
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid delivery models
• Ability to manage executive-level stakeholder communications effectively
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, AWS Cloud Practitioner (or equivalent experience)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience mentoring or leading project teams is highly valued
• Additional AWS or cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate, AI Practitioner)
